As a 12th standard graduate, Sejal Patel was having trouble finding a job that not only interested her, but also offered her enough income for self-sustenance.

After hearing about the Shrimad Rajchandra Skill Development Centre, Sejal enrolled in the General Duty Assistant (GDA) course. Over the 180-hour course, she was imparted training in nursing and basic medical procedures for assisting patients. The course also involved a 1-month work/study experience at Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital, Dharampur, through which she received practical knowledge.

After completion of the course, Sejal was offered her first ever job as a nurse assistant!
