Shrimad Rajchandra Learning Education and Development (LEAD) organises special coaching and career counselling for rural students as well as conducts teachers training programmes. This programme provides academic coaching support and training to students in secondary and higher secondary standards so that they may improve their examination scores, prepare for higher education and begin a career. The 10th and 12th standard board exams are crucial for a student’s future, where many need extra support and attention in their academic performance. SRLC conducts coaching classes for students of various schools in and around Dharampur. These serve as an alternative to the commercially run coaching classes, which are unaffordable for most students.

We also provide career counselling to help students find ways to transform their skills and interests into rewarding careers. In addition, we organise training workshops for the youth that are aimed at improving their communication skills and employment opportunities so that they can build successful and satisfying careers.

Teachers training workshops are also organised periodically to improve the skill sets of the teaching faculty, including topics like goal-setting, time management, team-work, etc.
